Challenge
GSM agency wanted a CRM direct marketing mailer campaign to drive test driver traffick to regional dealerships. They wanted to reach the Gen XY population of new care buyers with the idea that Scion is a car for the new generation, not your grandmother’s car.

Solution
We developed a Toyota customer relationship program using the slogan “We want your smile.” The diverse customer collage imagery and progressive incentive direct mailers (milestones/VIP keys) depicted satisfied customers, maintaining connection throughout the Toyota ownership, leading to incentive to rebuy and remain in the Toyota family..

Project Components

  • Design a series on incentive mailers, thank you cards, etc.
  • Incorporate designs into social posts leading to dealership websites for seasonal deals.

Result

  • Repurchases and customer loyalty increased by 45%.
